Agile Auditing and Consulting Solutions Ltd (Agile Consulting) was officially founded in July 2022, but its origins date back much further. Our founder, a seasoned freelancer, embarked on her entrepreneurial journey in 2017 after leaving a Big Four firm. Inspired by Tony Gaskins' words—"If you don't build your own dreams, someone else will hire you to help them build theirs."—she recognised that true impact lay in building something of her own.
Having spent over a decade working with top-tier consultancy firms, she mastered the art of high-quality service delivery but also saw an opportunity to redefine the client experience. She identified gaps in the market—areas where large corporations often fall short—and was determined to create solutions that truly cater to clients’ needs.

Bianka’s Professional Journey
From Big Four to Global Consulting Leader
Bianka began her career in 2003 as a Senior Auditor at PwC Mauritius after earning a BSc. (Hons) in Management with a Specialisation in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mauritius. Over three years at PwC, she developed expertise in statutory audits, working across sectors such as offshore companies, manufacturing, hospitality, and service providers. During this time, she successfully obtained her ACCA qualification.

In 2006, Bianka joined EY Mauritius, where she spent nine years as a Manager in Internal Audit & Financial Advisory. Her role specialised in:

International donor-funded project reviews (notably European Union projects)

Her work expanded internationally, leading engagements across 20+ countries spanning four continents. She collaborated with EY teams from Belgium, Luxembourg, and South Africa, successfully positioning the EU as one of EY Mauritius' top-paying accounts. She managed high-profile local and international clients, strengthening EY’s reputation in the global market.
Building & Leading Internal Audit Functions
In pursuit of new challenges, Bianka transitioned to Grofin, an impact investor operating in Africa and the Middle East, as Internal Audit & Compliance Manager. Here, she:

Established Grofin’s internal audit department

Developed audit manuals, frameworks, and compliance processes

Designed audit plans for operations in Mauritius, Uganda, and Tanzania
Following her time at Grofin, she returned to PwC Mauritius in an advisory role, overseeing internal audits for major corporations, including Constance Group and Leal Group. She continued to work with PwC’s global teams on large-scale international projects, further expanding her global expertise.

European Union-Funded Projects
In 2017, Bianka embraced freelancing, working with PwC Belgium on EU-funded projects across Europe and beyond. Her expertise in donor-funded financial management and audit frameworks made her a sought-after consultant for high-profile international assignments.
Later, she joined Evaco Group as Head of Internal Audit, where she:

In 2019, Bianka joined Sofreco as a Financial Management Expert, later serving as an Internal Audit Expert for a European Union-funded project focused on reforming the Indian Ocean Commission. Her work included:

Founding Agile Auditing & Consulting
With two decades of experience spanning Big Four firms, international consulting, donor-funded financial management, and corporate governance, Bianka launched Agile Auditing & Consulting in 2022.
